Here are pictures from my daughter's wedding. It was beautiful, emotional, and so much fun! Doesn't my husband look handsome???
Following Moroccan tradition, we celebrated my daughter's wedding with a henna party before the night of the actual wedding ceremony. The henna party's significance is to bring good luck to the new couple.

Hello Everyone!
Following my daughter's wedding in NYC, I needed some "me-time" and headed off to a week-long Iyengar Yoga Retreat in Italy. It is so beautiful and peaceful here.

I really enjoyed this interview with South Florida Style's Robynn Lin!
I wanted to share with you my fashion and beauty favorites for summer 2009.
The 4th of July is soon approaching and while most of us will be enjoying the sun’s rays, we must not forget to stay protected. I told you a while back about using a sunscreen that protects both UVA & UVB rays. Slather on a generous coat of sunscreen, paying special attention to your face, neck, chest, and hands 20-30 minutes before heading outside so it has time to fully absorb into your skin, and make sure you keep reapplying it after going in the water. Like I said before, my favorite brand of sunscreen is La Roche-Posay, http://michelebohbot.com/?q=node/698. Amazon is selling it at a discounted price which is great for us recessionistas! http://bit.ly/1me11
Don’t forget to protect your hair! Your hair is just as important as your skin and the sun is equally damaging. Frederic Fekkai makes a great Glossing Cream that not only leaves your hair sexy and shiny, but also protects your hair from UVA & UVB rays, heat-tool and environmental damage. Buy it at Sephora! http://bit.ly/12mIh7

These girls are great and so much fun. Meagan Sharp, far left, is wearing Bisou Bisou. Kourtney, our Marketing Director took them out for a night on the town. The girls enjoyed a wonderful dinner at STK followed with some fun at Coco De Ville.

I was flattered to find out Heather McDonald wore Bisou Bisou during the Chelsea Lately show on June 1, 2009! She looked great in the Bisou Bisou Surplice dress. This is a link to the dress on JCPenney.com, http://bit.ly/p0nU2.

As many of you know, I was attending my daughter’s wedding this weekend. It has been a joyous celebration. I am truly grateful to welcome my new son-in-law into our family. During this time, I heard about the passing of Michael Jackson. I wanted to save my comments until I had time to properly pay tribute to a man who gave so much to so many. His music, style, and magnetic presence, made him a true pioneer and pop icon.

In the 70’s Farrah Fawcett became a beauty icon. Her example of confidence allowed women to express their femininity in ways the world had never seen before. She pushed beyond the blonde beauty stereotype and selected roles that inspired all women to step into their power. She was a woman of courage and she will be missed.
